REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Last updated: 24 August 2026
At MOVENAX, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, replacements and product issues.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a problem that means it does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For more information about your rights, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
2. CHANGE OF MIND
If you simply change your mind, decide you do not like the product, find it cheaper elsewhere or no longer need it, Australian Consumer Law does not generally require us to provide a refund or replacement.
However, if MOVENAX offers a voluntary change-of-mind return option for a particular product or order, we will honour the conditions of that offer.
Any voluntary change-of-mind conditions will be communicated clearly to customers.
Change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights where a product has a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law.
3. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please contact us if:
• Your product arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing fault
• The product does not match its description
• The product is not of acceptable quality
• The product is not reasonably fit for a purpose that was represented or communicated before purchase
• You believe the product has another problem covered by Australian Consumer Law
Contact:
contact@movenax.com
Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs, videos or other information to help us assess the issue.
4. MAJOR FAILURE
If a product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.
You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure.
MOVENAX will assess the reported issue in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
5. MINOR FAILURE
If a product has a minor problem that can be remedied, MOVENAX may repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If the problem cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, you may have further rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return or remedy, contact:
contact@movenax.com
Please include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos where relevant
We will review your request and provide instructions where a return is required.
Please do not send a product to an address without first contacting us.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, MOVENAX will handle reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.
For products that are returned solely because of a change of mind, any return shipping costs and conditions will depend on whether MOVENAX has offered a voluntary change-of-mind return option for that purchase.
8. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, MOVENAX will process the refund in accordance with those requirements.
9. REPLACEMENTS
Where appropriate, MOVENAX may provide a replacement product.
Replacement availability may depend on product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate remedy with you in accordance with applicable law.
10. EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be available for certain purchases at MOVENAX's discretion.
An exchange policy for change-of-mind purchases does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. SALE PRODUCTS
Sale or discounted products are still covered by Australian Consumer Law.
A sale price does not remove or reduce your consumer guarantee rights.
12. PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED
A product does not automatically lose consumer guarantee protection simply because it has been opened or used.
If you believe a product has a fault or other problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, contact us at:
contact@movenax.com
13. WARRANTY
Any voluntary warranty offered by MOVENAX is additional to, and does not replace, the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
A warranty expiry does not automatically remove rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
